Printed Materials
Included in the membership is printables for binders, coloring pages for kids in attendance, and the bi-monthly meet-up notes. Printable notes outline the materials presented on the slides so that attendees can focus on taking notes that stand out to them and on discussion. Plus, those with kids will appreciate not missing a beat with notes to take home.
-

Presentation Slides
Each wellness meet-up comes with the full set of presentation slides with info and discussion questions. Facilitators can simply present the slides on a TV and follow along to educate and create meaningful discussions. You don’t have to be an expert in each area—simply review the slides ahead of time and present the info.

Recipes for Meet-Up Snacks and To-Go Orders
Something that sets Bloom at Home Meet-Ups apart is the welcoming aroma and taste of homemade, nutritious snacks. In addition, you have the opportunity to take food orders for attendees to take home food to-go after the meeting. I’ll provide nourishing recipes for both! I love to keep things gluten free and vegan to focus on great plant-based nutrition.

Pictured is a young sapling getting a head start and nourishment from the strong, steady roots of a previous tree. When I started my health journey, it felt like I was starting from scratch and I wish I had had someone to coach me along. My goal in starting Bloom at Home was to provide not only an inviting environment that brought women together to socialize, connect, and mother, but to learn together-continued education that stabilizes the twists and turns of everyday life.
I see many women experiencing intense stress, overwhelm, and a confusion about how to help themselves and their family. Bloom at Home will create a strong foundation of knowledge of health and wellness in simple and tangible ways, so that they can get that nourishing foundation. In turn, their steady roots will bless their kids and community with a head start.
My approach is holistic, practical, and supportive. Topics cover things like:
Increasing emotional intelligence in the home (which leads to more peace, joy, and security)
Nutrition and healthy relationships with food
Positive parenting and being present with your kids
Stress-reduction, mindfulness, and meditation
Healthy habits (sleep, movement, time outside, nutrition)
Communication and relationships
Routines and simplifying daily life
Meet-ups are tailored to create a comfortable and accepting space for women and their young children. We know it’s a stage of life when women are looking for enriching opportunities. Providing a few coloring sheets, toys, and simple snacks for kids and toddlers sets a welcoming scene for moms.

FAQs
-
There’s no way to know exactly and no guarantee, but I recommend charging $10 per person per class and selling to-go items for $8-12 depending on prices in your area. The goal would be for you to make $150+ per meet-up.
-
Nope! The idea is that the concepts and education are simple and practical. The slides and handouts have the information on them. It would help to have some interest in health, wellness, and self-help.
-
No worries! Each facilitator will also be a member of the Bloom at Home Membership and community, which means you’ll have the opportunity to watch Whitney teach virtually so that you get a feel for the pace and tone.

It’s completely up to you, but I personally invite friends who I know could use these classes and community but are on a tight budget. I just let them know ahead of time that I’d love for them to attend at no cost.

The date and time are totally up to you! Make these classes fit your schedule. I personally like to do them in the middle of the week mid-morning to save the afternoons, evenings, and weekends for my family. Plus, this also seems to be a time that many young moms are looking for something to do with young kids.
